The Indian Health Center, Four Corners Regional Health Center located at  JCT US Highway 160 & Navajo Route 35 Red Mesa, AZ 86514 has a requirement for miscellaneous Triage D-dimer test kit supplies. The Blanket Purchase Agreement will be issued with a base year plus four (4) option years.  The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until Monday 05/11/2026 @ 12:00pm MST.
