Souda Bay Job Order Contract

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools,
materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering,
and other items necessary to perform renovations, repairs,
maintenance, replacements, alterations, and demolition task orders
awarded at a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), under this Indefinite Delivery,
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC). This JOC is for work
within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
(NAVFACSYSCOM) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT) Public Works
Department (PWD) Souda Bay Area of Responsibility (AOR).

NOTE:  A draft Statement  of Work is attached which is substantially similar to the one that will be provided with the Solicitation when posted on or about 20 October 2026.
