Amendment 05: Added 52.232-18 Availability of Funds clause and full text of 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions Amendment 04: Updated verbiage in Section 11 (shown in green font) and corrected the number of volumes from four to three. Amendment 03: Update price schedule to include total amount. Amendment 02: Re-uploaded PWS, CSS, Wage Determination and Price Schedule due to errors downloading originals. Amendment 01: Uploading PDF version of PWS. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to deliver, emplace, service, relocate, maintain, and remove 14 portable latrines and seven (7) handwashing stations in accordance with this PWS. All services shall be performed in a manner that ensures sanitation, health, safety, and uninterrupted support to mission operations. This is a competitive solicitation, 100% small business set aside, for a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option periods. The period of performance will be from  27 APR 2026 - 26 APR 2031.  Please see attached combined synopsis solicitation (CSS), performance work statement (PWS), bid schedule and wage determination in the attachments for more information.  All questions are due NLT 1500 Central Daylight Time on 15 APR 2026.
