This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses under NAICS 332510, (Hardware Manufacturing), but does not exclude others from responding. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this source sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.
SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, is seeking sources that can provide a Burton Medical ALED 070 Wall Mount for Clinical Care that meets the following:

2. Contract Title: Procurement and Replacement of Burton Medical ALED 070 Wall Mount Exam Lights
3. Background: The facility is replacing current exam lights that are either at the end of life or no longer supported by repair, impacting reliability and continuity of clinical care. A total of eight (8) existing lights is being replaced, along with one (1) additional unit for a new procedure room.
Replacing three (3) that are end of life and five (5) that are no longer serviceable due to discontinued maintenance support.

4. Scope: This Statement of Work covers the procurement and delivery of nine (9) Burton Medical ALED 070 wall mount exam lights for use in dermatology clinic.
5. Specific Tasks.
5.1 Task 1 Procurement and Delivery: Provide nine (9) Burton Medical ALED 070 wall mount examination lights & deliver equipment to the designated facility location.
5.2 Task 2 Installation (Excluded): Installation is not included in this procurement. All installation and mounting will be performed by facility engineering staff.
5.3 Task 3 Warranty & Support: Manufacturer warranty applies per Burton Medical Terms. Vendor support is limited to coordination with manufacturers as applicable.
6. Performance Monitoring
No performance monitoring is required; this is for payment only request for items already used.
7. Security Requirements
The requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. This is for payment only.

Responses must be received no later than September 3 2026, at 10:00am EST, (Eastern Standard Time). If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this request for information. Responses to this notice are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
