WRSU Water Delivery Service

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU), Whiteriver, Arizona, is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to provide as needed basis emergency potable water delivery to the Whiteriver Hospital during water outages.

This acquisition is being conducted under 221310 Water distribution (except irrigation).

The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract consisting of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Award will be made using the Best Value Tradeoff process to the Offeror responsible whose quotation represents the best overall value to the Government. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
