Request for Information (RFI) – Resources, Engagement, and Action for Community Health: State and Local Stakeholder Engagement Support

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Acquisition Management and Policy (OAMP), is conducting market research to identify qualified organizations capable of supporting a potential agency-wide initiative focused on state and local stakeholder engagement, information sharing, technical assistance, and coordination across HRSA Bureaus and Offices.

HRSA is seeking information regarding industry capabilities to engage established national, state, and local networks; gather, analyze, and communicate information concerning emerging health needs, policy and implementation developments, workforce trends, and effective practices; convene stakeholders for peer learning and technical assistance; and disseminate HRSA resources and information through established networks.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

Interested organizations should review the attached RFI for the complete program background, potential activities and deliverables, requested capability information, response instructions, and submission requirements.

Responses are due no later than 12:00 PM ET on October 13, 2026.
