On 29 June 2026, unsuccessful offeror SpinSys-Dine, LLC filed a bid protest action at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC), No. 26-935C, challenging the Defense Health Agency’s (Agency) removal from the competitive range from the Domain and Directory Service Branch (DDSB), Operations and Sustainment Information Technology Services under Solicitation No. 1779525.
