THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
The Contractor will provide heavy-duty, transportable racking systems to organize, protect, and rapidly deploy Compact Track Loader (CTL) attachments. as specified in Salient Characteristics, to include direct delivery to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

Mounting brackets and slots must be fully compatible with standard Caterpillar (Cat) CTL attachments and standard SAE J2513 Universal Quick Attach interface plates.
Racks must feature dedicated clearance and securement pathways to safely route and protect Caterpillar-style hydraulic hoses and multi-pin electrical harness connectors.

Racks must feature a corrosion-resistant, all-weather industrial finish (e.g., hot-dip galvanized steel or heavy-duty powder coating) to withstand long-term WRM prepositioning in austere, high-humidity, or coastal environments.
