Brand name Agiliti or Equal patient bed rental for the rental of inpatient beds, mattresses, and accessories that will require the contractor to supply rental items for the six (6) VA Medical Centers and locations outlined herein within WI, IL and MI including at inpatient requirements of the facility and the requirements of the Spinal Cord Injury Units and Community Living Centers located at the facilities. The contractor shall provide delivery, set-up, maintenance/service/repair, and pick-up of all items.

Scope of Work:
The contractor shall provide rental equipment to the VA Medical Centers and locations outlined herein within WI, IL and MI for the sole purpose of patient care for residents within defined time frames for services.
