This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.  

The solicitation number is 36C25626Q1319_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The proposed contract action for supply items Police Security Armored Gatehouse at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), New Orleans, LA., for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on SAM.gov to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. 

The NAICS code is 332311 (Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing) and the size standard is 500 Employees.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted.

RESPONSES ARE DUE Friday, September 11, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Quotes are due electronically to Tifffany.Conner@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered.
