NAVSUP Off Gas Testing

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires off-gas testing and chemical analysis of identified materials (Government Furnished Property) in paragraph 1.3. to ensure they do not emit toxic Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) that could compromise personnel health in sealed atmospheric environments.
