Y--CAPE COD NS - NELLIE ROAD COMBINED SEPTIC SYSTEM

The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Cape Cod National Seashore in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to combine the septic system at multiple dwellings as detailed in the Scope of Work and Specifications, included with the solicitation documents.

The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. Participants will meet at 360 Nellie Road, Wellfleet, MA, 02667.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to all questions received, and to provide the list of attendees to the organized pre-bid site-visit, conducted on April 16, 2026.

Therefore:
