20TON Split A/C Unit

A/C EQUIPMENT ONLY

The requirement shall be a 20Ton A/C unit as a replacemnt for the current 20Ton system located at:

BLDG 1048,

10801 W. Fourth St.

Randolph AFB, Texas 78234

Please refer to the attached Stament of Objective (SOO) and Statement of Need (SON) and all accompanying documents for further details.

Quote Submission Deadline: All quotes, along with the
completed portions of the solicitaion, must be submitted by 4:00
PM CST Friday, 24 April 2026.

Pictures of the current system have been posted in the attachments for refernece. All brand names will be considered as long as they meet the specifications stated in the SOO and SON.
