Notice of Contract Award: 4 April 2026, the Air Force Life Cycle Materiel Command, Electronic Systems Directorate, Aerospace Management Systems Division, Weather Contracting, AFLCMC/ESAK (formerly HBAK), Hanscom AFB, MA 01731, awarded a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract for the sustainment of the Portable Doppler Radar to EWR Radar Systems, Inc.

The IDIQ will have a four and a half years (4.5 years) ordering period and an estimated contract value of $17,354,00.00. The place of contract performance will be at the facilities of EWR Radar Systems, Inc. in St. Louis, MO.

This award results from the negotiation with only one source, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." – see attached redacted Justification & Approval (J&A)
