Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. Responders are also reminded that a Source Approval Request (SAR) must be submitted for evaluation on an individual NSN basis. This is not a request for SAR submission; it is a notification.
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Government is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support 6,259 sole source NSNs to the Lockheed Martin Corporation. The Government intends to award a long-term contract (LTC), which will be a price pending contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of basic agreement SPE4AX-22-D-9000.
As these items are sole source to Lockheed Martin, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.103-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by the response date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of market research in determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. That determination is within the discretion sole of the Government.
