Catering Service for U.S. Embassy Bern – Marine Security Guard Residence

CATERING SERVICE FOR U.S. EMBASSY BERN – MARINE SECURITY GUARD RESIDENCE

The U.S. Embassy Bern is seeking a qualified catering service to prepare and deliver three freshly prepared meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for the Marine Security Guards (MSG) at the MSG Residence in Bern. All meals must be prepared off-site at the provider's facility and delivered ready-to-eat. No on-site cook or kitchen staff is required.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Delivery of three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for seven Marines
• Service required seven days a week, including weekends
• Provider must submit a rotating menu plan for approval by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Meals must be delivered ready-to-eat
• Provider is responsible for compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Delivery address: Marine Security Guard Residence, Bern (exact address to be provided upon award)

CONTRACT DURATION: The contract will be awarded for one year, with an option to extend.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Providers must be licensed in Switzerland and comply with all local regulations
• Demonstrated experience in catering and daily meal delivery required
