Amendment A0001 is issued to extend the due date to May 29, 2026 at 2:00pm ET and incorporated RFO clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors

This is a requirement for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for the procurement of Distraction Devices, Specialty Impact and Area Saturation Munitions, hand delivered and launched in 40mm launchers, for training and operational use.
