Dyess AFB Sports Officials

This is a combined Synopsis/solciitation for 7 FSS Sports officila. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and another written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Notice to offerors: This solicitation is issued IAW RFO 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote.

Interested vendors are encouraged to read this solicitations, and its attachments in their entierty before submission.
