This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Library Archive Digitization Services and 4 Option Years .

Your quote should include the following information:

• Unit Price: For the specified Library Archive Digitization Services 
• Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs.
• CAGE Code: Your company's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
• Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order.
• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) required is Level 2 Self Assessment –this must be completed prior to Award.
• WAWF Capability: Confirmation of your ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• All invoices are NET30 and submitted through WAWF.
