Aircraft Fuel Tank Gas Detector (Brand Name Requirement)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S6P26Q0010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

SET ASIDE: This is a total small business set-aside.

This requirement is for brand name, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) atmospheric monitoring equipment. The items are required to support safety operations in confined spaces.

All items must be delivered new and in original factory packaging.

Salient Characteristics / Minimum Specifications:

1. Two (2) Draeger X-am 8000 Gas Detector Kit consisting of:
   • Base unit with pump (8325875),
   • HPP Sensor 1 - PID HC (6813475),
   • HPP Sensor 2 - IR EX ES (6851881),
   • XXS Sensor 1 DragSens XXS 02 PR (6800530)
2. One (1) Draeger X-dock 6600 (8321901)
3. Two (2) Draeger X-dock Modules for X-am 8000+ (8321894)
4. Three (3) Pressure Regulators for X-Dock 0.5 bar, brass (8324250)
5. One (1) Power Supply for X-Dock 24V DC / 6.25A (8321850)
6. One (1) Calibration Gas Kit consisting of:
   • US test gas cyl. 103L 100 ppm (3701256)
   • Test gas 103 L, 50 % LEL CH4, 17 % O2/N2 (4594598)
   • Test gas 103 L, 100% N2 (Zero Gas) (4594838)
7. Two (2) Sampling Hoses VITON TUBING, 5FT (4594112)

**All meters using 1.14 Correction Factor for Jet Fuel need to have alarms adjusted to 489 PPM for VOC (low) and 977 PPM for VOC (high)**

BASIS OF AWARD: Lowest priced quote meeting the requirements stated in this Soliciation.

Quotes will be awarded on an all or nothing basis.

Prior to award, the vendor must be registered and have completed online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov

SHIPPING: FOB DESTINATION, 60 DAYS ARO.
