The FSC/PSC is R614. The VA Roseburg Medical Center and surrounding Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOC) are seeking to purchase secure document destruction (shredding) services. Service Location: VA Roseburg Medical Center 913 NW Crater Lake Blvd. Roseburg, OR 97470 The period of performance will be a base year ony. Base Year: 05/01/2026 04/30/2027 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
