Liquid and Compressed Gas Fulfillment

The is a Request for Quotes for the US Naval Research Laboratory's requirement for Liquid and Compressed Gas deliveries.  Please review all attachments for further information.

UPDATE 8/25/2026

Due to the nature of the questions recevied from vendors NRL is providing an extension of the proposal submission deadline, and will provide the data requested as soon as possible. 

UPDATE 9/8/2026

NRL revised some of the documents attached to the original notice.  Updated files include the revision date in the file name.  Please review all the attachments and use the latest versions of all documents.  NRL also provided a chart of the annual usage for each of the gases required to aid in proposal preparation and extended the deadline for proposal submission.
