Description of Work:  The Contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to perform the work required on this project.  This Project consists of the removal of the asphalt shingles on a garage-like structure and roofing replacement with new asphalt roofing system per specifications. Also, the removal and replacement of the underlayment per specifications. All new vent jacks/roof boots will be installed, and the existing boots/jacks will be disposed of. The removal and reuse of any existing gutter and downspout system is also included in this project. If any damaged sheathing is discovered during the removal stage of the project, the contractor shall inform the CO and COR before continuing any work.
