Prospective site visit attendees need to contact Michael.Cordova@noaa.gov to confirm attendance prior to arrival. This will be the only site visit planned.
Meet in building 307. The site tour will begin promptly at 10:00am CST and should be less than 90 minutes long. Late arrivals will be turned away.

The deliverable schedule refers to both 16 and 23 water-source heat pumps. Please confirm the correct quantity.
Quantity is 41 Units
Please confirm the required MERV rating for each replacement filter and clarify the incomplete or unusual filter dimensions listed in Annex A, including 18x2, 18x36, 18x37, and 18x38.

Please confirm whether services are required quarterly, monthly, or according to another schedule.
Initial meeting will be full cleaning of coils, drains and filter changes.
Filters will be changed Monthly, this includes cleaning of filters on Portable and Window AC Units will be cleaned out.
The SOW references 39 (previously 41) Window/Portable AC units, but these units do not appear to be fully identified in Annex A. Could you please confirm or provide the complete equipment inventory?

Please confirm whether the 41 Window/Portable AC units are to be serviced monthly or quarterly, as both frequencies appear in the SOW.
They are to be serviced monthly in conjunction with the filter changing of the other AC Units.
Please provide or confirm the required filter sizes, quantities per unit, and MERV ratings, as some information in Annex A appears incomplete or unclear.

Please confirm whether the annual/closeout service is an additional service event or whether it replaces the final quarterly service.
The last service will be a close out service either as an end of year or quarterly depending on the point of transition with the work being done, a closeout service will replace the final quarterly service.
Please confirm whether repairs or replacement of failed HVAC components identified during maintenance, other than the specifically required filters and exhaust-fan belts, are outside the firm-fixed-price scope and would require separate authorization.
Any issues identified outside of the scope will be addressed either as a CLIN or as a separate transaction, when authorized.
Water Source Heat Pump Quantities
Several sections identify 23 Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs) for servicing, while another portion of the PWS identifies “16 total units.” Please confirm the correct number of WSHP units that should be included in the technical approach and pricing.
There are a total of 37 Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP’s) and a total of four (4) Water to Water Heat Pumps (Listed as Heat Pumps HP’s or WWHP’s, the total units are 41)
