SUBJECT:  RFQ: 19NL80-26-Q-00014 Specialized Janitorial Services - Health Unit

The U.S. Embassy The Hague invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for specialized janitorial services at our Health Unit. This is a firm-fixed-price contract opportunity for healthcare facility cleaning services.

Mandatory Site Visit: We will conduct a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the U.S. Embassy, John Adams Park 1, 2244 BZ Wassenaar, The Netherlands. Attendance is required; failure to attend may result in disqualification. To participate in the site visit, please email the identification details of your representative to: TheHagueContracts@state.gov no later than Monday, May 12. 2026 at 17.00 hours.

Minimum qualifications: 5 years KVK registration and healthcare/medical facilities cleaning experience, hospital-grade cleaning capability.

17.00 hours local time.

Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted.
