Foam filled Marine Fenders

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitaiton for the procurement of foam-filled marine fenders and associated accessories. This requirement is for a commercial product and falls below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 " Acquisition of Commercial Prodcuts and Commercial Services, "Clasue 12.201-1(c)(2) "Simplified Procedures", the Government intends to solicit quotes directly from a limitied number of sources (at least three).
