Advanced Music Subscription and Christian Music Licensing.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) for SongSelect Advanced Music Subscriptions and Christian Music Licensing. This procurement supports the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Religious Support Office (RSO).

This action is being executed under the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Only one source reasonably available/exclusive licensing agreements). While the Government intends to sole source this requirement, this Sources Sought Notice is being issued as market research to identify if any other capable vendors (including all socioeconomic categories of small businesses) can meet this requirement at a fair market price to support a competitive procurement.
