This announcement constitutes only that 3D ECP intends to solicit quotes for the Rental of Equipment (Portable Toilets, Handwashing Stations, and Dumpster Services) in Guam in support of exercise LUHO 6. 

A separate solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov with the Notice ID M2900026Q5004. 

The opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services.

The purpose of this notice is to improve small business access to acquisition information and enhance competition by spreading information on contracting and subcontracting opportunities.
