1-Yr PlanarCare Plan

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office intends to solicit a single-award contract with firm-fixed-provisions for a 1-Yr PlanarCare Plan for the Planar Video Wall system located at Naval War College, Newport RI.

Solicitation is N0018926QW193 and is a brand name requirement.

Vendors are required to return a signed solicitation and any required and supporting documents to larissa.v.benoit.civ@us.navy.mil. All communications shall be done electronically to the email address aforementioned.

All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) website  prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any resultant contract from the solicitation. Lack of an active SAM registration in the SAM database will automatically make an offer ineligible for award.

Payment will be submitted thru Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
