Buskro Equipment Maintenance

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Buskro Ltd, ON L1W 3G8 CAN, to provide preventative maintenance for Buskro equipment. This effort consists of a twelve-month base and one twelve-month option period.

The statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), RFO 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333248.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to complete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
