Electrical System Trouble Shooting & Repair

The Department of War has a commercial, firm-fixed-price requirement for a qualified contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supervision to repair, replace, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems at multiple facilities located at the 138th Fighter Wing, Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma.

All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and commercial industry standards. The full solicitation, PWS, and applicable evaluation factors are attached to the provided document at the bottom. Site visits are by appointment only.

A current sheet for RFI's has been uploaded. Please refrain from asking questions that are on the document and are unanswred as we are working to get those. 

An unscheduled site visit will be held for all responsible contractors who wish to to submit a quote on Wednesday, August 26th at 10:00am. All other site visits must be scheduled in advance, prior to the solicitation deadline. 

NOTE: a REAL ID is required to access the base. The contractors will also have to pass a background check; they can pre-register on https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page to speed up the process at the gate.
