This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA8601-26-Q-0134 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an automated immunohistochemistry/in situ hybridization (IHC/ISH) staining system for the 88th Medical Group (88th MDG), Laboratory Flight, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

This acquisition is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under NAICS code 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing), which has a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-1. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with some, none, or all offerors, or make no award at all depending on available resources and the quality of the quotes received. The Government also reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
