Brand-Name Microwave and Network Test Equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and the procedures of FAR Part 13 (FAR 13.105). This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued separately.

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for brand-name only commercial test equipment from Keysight Technologies, Anritsu, and Fluke Networks. This equipment is required to maintain, repair, and certify communications and navigation systems, including a Nokia Microwave System, in support of the NAVAIDS Division at Fort Rucker, Alabama."

• Qty 3 – Anritsu Site Master Test Sets (Model MS2090A)
• Qty 3 – Anritsu Site Master Test Sets Cable Sweeper(Model S820E)
• Qty 1 – Fluke Networks Fiber Optic/Network Test Set (P/N 4982240)

The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government. For evaluation purposes, preference will be given to vendors who provide a quote for the total requirement (all line items). However, the Government will consider and may accept partial quotes. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in its best interest.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

(i) Price

Quoters shall submit pricing (unit and extended), confirmation that the offered items are the brand name products identified above (manufacturer and part number), delivery confirmation, warranty terms, and point of contact information. Offeror must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
