Tradewinds RFI for Strategic Cost and Planning System

AFLCMC/GBB is currently conducting market research into post-competitive, innovative commercial solutions to be provided by existing Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace vendors that meet the following characteristics:

Commercial solutions capable of producing a requirements/financial management tool (Strategic Cost and Planning System – SCPS) used to report critical acquisition data for all Department of War (DoW) programs that provide the following:

• Enabling Program and Financial managers to make informed investment decisions at all levels of authority – from the program office to the Office of the Secretary of War
• Delivering advanced portfolio visualization, strategic financial requirement management, interoperability with existing acquisition/financial systems, and direct integration with the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) baseline
• Establishing an adaptable architecture to modernize other legacy PMRT applications

AFLCMC/GBB values modern innovative solutions to include:
