FY26 GIS Harris Aerial Hx8 Kit

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of integrated sensor payloads, power systems, and mandatory engineering/certification services to support the government's existing Harris Aerial HX8 unmanned aircraft fleet. 

CLIN 0001: Visual Payload, Power Systems, and Shipping 
Includes one (1) Sony ILX-LR1 61MP DSLR camera with Gremsy Pixy LR gimbal and AirPixel integration; four (4) Tattu Plus 16,000 mAh 12S1P Smart Battery Racks; two (2) transport cases for the battery assemblies; and associated shipping costs.

CLIN 0002: Thermal/RGB Payload 
Includes one (1) Workswell WIRIS Enterprise SC Thermal/RGB Camera System and one (1) Gremsy Pixy WE gimbal. This includes the proprietary mounting, control, and data validation integration required for operation with the HX8.

CLIN 0003: Engineering Services / DCMA Assessment 
Reimbursement of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Assessor fee and associated engineering services required to facilitate Blue UAS certification for the HX8 aircraft, C-NAVIGATOR GCS, and GS7 GCS.

This requirement will be sole source to Harris Aerial (CAGE: 7VQG7). Sole source justification is attached.
