Architect & Engineering Services, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award (A&E) Contracts needed for new construction, renovation, alteration and repairs required by Federal Prison Industries (FPI)

Add additional information in the description for clarification and correct the document number from SVO237-26 to SV0237-26.
As provided, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Offerors must submit SF 330 Parts I and II and sign and return all admendments.

The following Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) shall be submitted by each offeror illustrating work performed within a correctional environment, addressing each criteria listed below:

• Professional Qualifications: Licenses, registrations, education, and overall staff capability.

• Specialized Experience: Past success and technical competence on similar project types.

• Capacity: Ability to perform the work and meet project schedules.

• Past Performance: Record of previous work quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.

• Technical Approach: Project understanding, quality control procedures, and innovative concepts.

• Geographic Location / Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the project locale, though strict local preferences are heavily restricted or capped 

Once the QBS has been met consideration for a contract award will be based solely upon the hourly rates, overhead and profit that are proposed and found to be fair and reasonable.
