This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.  Solicitation, 36C24626Q0747, will be issued on or about 07/15/2026.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VAMC, Richmond, VA has a requirement for Tower and Scope Lease, Onsite Endoscopy Specialist, PM and Repair. This is a 4 year requirement.
