1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the aforementioned services.  It is expected that award will be made by no later than 9 October 2026.
2. The TENATIVE VESSEL ATTENDANCE  Period of Performance is 18 OCTOBER 2026 to 23 OCTOBER 2026 and performance location GUAM 7th Fleet. The period of performance for the award is 10/10/26 to 11/1/2026.
