The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, intends to issue Solicitation 36C24226Q0805 for Project 528A7-25-502 Replace Trench Drains at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13210. This notice is for pre-solicitation purposes only and is issued to provide advance notice of the Government's intent to solicit this construction requirement. This notice is not a request for quotes, proposals, or bids, and no contract award will be made as a result of this announcement. Scope of Work:
The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace the existing trench drain and sump box in Parking Lot 1; install a new off-grid solar security area light, including the pole, reinforced concrete foundation, and associated components in Parking Lot 1; replace the existing trench drain at Building 16, including associated concrete removal, drainage modifications, and restoration; and perform asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, and pavement striping for Parking Lot 1. Work also includes excavation, demolition, reinforced concrete placement, underground drainage tie-ins, site restoration, traffic control, and all other work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the solicitation drawings, specifications, and Statement of Work.
Project Completion: 120 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
