Salient Characteristics Dishwasher:
Must have a ventless door type design with internal condensing/energy recovery, eliminating the need for an external hood.
Must have a tall chamber/door opening of at least 27 to accommodate large ware such as sheet pans and mixing bowls.
Must have a high temperature sanitizing system (final rinse 180 °F) supported by a built in booster heater ( 70 °F rise).
Must have at least a 40 racks/hour throughput with selectable timed cycles (e.g., 1, 2, 4, or 6 minutes).
Must have user friendly touchscreen controls with onboard Wi Fi and app connectivity for machine status, temperature logs, and alerts (SmartConnect type functionality).
Must have a pumped drain and scrap screen/basket with two stage filtration to maintain water quality and simplify maintenance.
Must have straight through or corner installation flexibility to fit varying dish room layouts.
Must have door actuated start and a door lock for operator safety and proper cycle control.
Must have stainless steel construction (tank, chamber, trim panels, frame & feet) for durability and corrosion resistance.
Must have recognized certifications, including NSF and cULus, and be ENERGY STAR® qualified.
Must have a standard warranty one year part, labor and travel during normal business hours. Not to start until after first wash cycle.
Must have a drain water tempering (dual valve) kit with drain air gap
