The U.S. Embassy Brussels intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to History Associates Incorporated, under the authority of FAR Part 6.104-2 for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and removal of a temporary exhibit at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
This requirement supports U.S. Mission to NATO strategic communications on Allied defense investment and the defense industrial base. The identified vendor, History Associates Incorporated, possesses unique capabilities, prior experience, and knowledge necessary to perform this requirement within the required timeframe and under the strict security and access constraints associated with NATO Headquarters.
Work includes exhibit concept development, content creation, graphic design, fabrication of modular components, delivery, installation, and removal.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
All capability statements shall be submitted via email to Brusselsbids@state.gov not later than 14:00 CET (local Brussels time), 10 May 2026.
Responses shall include sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the Government’s requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
