The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis
to Integral Blue LLC 1060 Centre Rd Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, to provide Installation of
specialized radio equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A
Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full and Open
Competition form is attached with this notice. The Government will utilize FAR Part 12 policies and
procedures for the acquisition of commercial services. It complies with the Revolutionary FAR
Overhaul (RFO). The NAICS code is 237310 and the requirement is not a total small business setaside.
A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the
responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached.
