This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN: 1680-016736255, PARTS KIT,ELECTRO-M, Approved Source: Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. (CAGE 45934), P/N CA64525-002, Quantity: 74

FOB at Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This is a Critical Part item. Delivery: 548 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to the designated location. This solicitation is unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 74 each.

It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM’s Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The solicitation will not be posted in DIBBS; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 09/23/2026. The closing date will be on or about 10/08/2026. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for an award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
