Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation – Acquisition Division intends to issue Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Ohio for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Green Twonship - Blessing Road.

The Green Township project consists of providing EWP services for channel clearing and shaping, pollution control, seeding and mulching, mobilization and demobilization, traffic control etc; according to the specifications document.

The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management(SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
