Tonto National Forest South Zone Vault Toilet Pumping

6/22/2026 - Amendment A0001 published to extend the close of the solicitation period to 6/23/2026 at 4:00PM Mountain. See SF30 Amendment document attached. Contractors who have already submitted quotes MUST resubmit with the signed SF30 in their package for consideration. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1240LQ26Q0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Tonto NF SZ Vault Toilet Pumping Services. Contractor will provide septic collection services. Contractor will provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to collect, load, haul and dump septic refuse from recreation sites along with other services provided in the Statement of Work.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services  The small business size standard is $9.0 million  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

Contract ceiling: $450,000.00

Guaranteed minimum: $500.00
