Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source- Airfield Lighting Controls, Travis AFB

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT. THIS IS NOT A
REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a single source contract under statutory authority 10 USC
2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services
will satisfy agency requirements. The 60th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and award a
single source contract to ADB SAFEGATE to replace Airfield Lighting Controls at Travis Air Force
Base. The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price service contract to fulfill this requirement. See attached J&A
Single Source Justification for additional information regarding the single source determination.
