28JUL26 - Clarification:  The "The yellow checkbox declaration on the FAR 52.222-48 Exemption Provision included immediately after the SF-1449 is required." language in sub section 4.4.1 of the Terms and Conditions FAR 52.212-1  Instructions to Offerors section does not apply to this solicitation.  

28JUL26 - Clarifications only no amendment or change to Attachment 1.  Clarification A:  Determining the number/inventory of confined spaces and number of buildings is part of the actual scope of this requirement as described in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP.  Further requests for granular or estimated detail regarding number/inventory of confined spaces and number of buildings will not be addressed.  Clarification B:  Confined spaces as established in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP are distributed throughout the full 6,000 acre campus. Most are located within buildings, but there are also maintenance holes, waste pits, and fuel tanks that are not attached to or within structures.  The term "facilities" as used in Attachment 1 is not limited to buildings.  Clarificaton C:  A site visit is offered but not required for quote submittal.  The site visit provision included in the terms and conditions is presented in full text.   Attachment 3 was included in the base RFQ posting and includes the site visit details.    

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0498  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Confined Space Assessment. 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620  The small business size standard is $19M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
