Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the U.S. Coast Guard Station Alexandria Bay Fuel Dock Entry Ramp Replacement Project.  Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements.  No incumbent exists as this project is a new requirement.
