This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD, announces its intention to procure, on a competitive basis, services for Aeromechanics and Systems Engineering research, development, and technical support.1. ACQUISITION OVERVIEW Competition Strategy: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code:NAICS Code: 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Product Service Code (PSC): R425 (Engineering and Technical Services).Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Reimbursable CLINs.
