A detailed list of required characteristics is provided in the solicitation attachment. SF1449 RFQ is also attached. This requirement is a brand name requirement. Supporting documentation is also attached. If a vendor quotes an alternative item, the vendor is responsible for describing how the alternative item will meet the government’s requirement.

Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery and acceptance shall be at Alpena CRTC, 5884 A Street, Alpena, MI 49707.
